Pay Your Bill Online

ACSA, at the request of many of our customers, has established an On-Line Utility Bill Paying system to better serve our county water and sewer customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Click the "Make a Payment" button at the bottom of this page.
2. Enter the Total Due for your current water/sewer bill in the box labeled Total Due
3. Click the "Continue to pay your bill" button and you will be forwarded to our secure site to make your payment.
4. You will be asked to provide some basic information such as your account number, name, address, email address, etc.
5. At the bottom of the page, you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card information.
6. Click "Submit Payment Now" at the bottom of the page (Please only hit the "submit payment now" button once).

MAKE A PAYMENT

A few tips when making your payment:

1. The address in your browser will be https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/amherstcountyservauth
2. Make sure you look for the https:// in the address bar (The "s" in "https", means that the page is in fact a secure page).
3. THERE is a 3% surcharge applied to each credit card transaction.
4. Please note that our payment system is hosted on a separate, secure server.
